With our expertise in ULD design and long history in the high precision sheet metal business, TFI has since 2007 applied its talents to the design and manufacture of specialized transport tooling and containers for high-tech industries. The transportation of sensitive cargo like fragile glass substrates or semiconductor equipment requires complex transport devices that may integrate dampering technology or clean-room friendly materials into the designs. TFI works closely with our partners to develop these one-of-a-kind tools. TFI also has built a dedicated clean room within our facility to ensure that tools are clean-room ready if required.
A full maintenance and cleaning line for these specialized tools is set up within TFI to provide maintenance, repair and clean room ready decontamination throughout the product lifetime.
